Realm 8 LLC ("Realm 8", "we") operates realm8.dev. This page explains what the site collects, which is very little, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you type, plus the optional project type and timeline if you choose them. That is the only personal information the site collects.

Nothing else. The site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and does not fingerprint visitors. The light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

How we use it

We use what you send through the form for one purpose: to read it and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend (resend.com), which acts as our email processor. The site is hosted on infrastructure that may log standard request data such as IP addresses for security and reliability; we do not use those logs to identify individuals.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as they are useful for the conversation you started, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form, or write to the address on the About page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
