These terms cover your use of realm8.dev, the website of Realm 8 LLC ("Realm 8", "we"). They do not cover engagements with Realm 8, which are governed by a separate written agreement.

The site

The site describes our work and lets you get in touch. It is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantee that it is either, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Content

Text, drawings, and code on this site are the property of Realm 8 LLC unless stated otherwise. Case studies describe our own contribution to client projects; client names appear only with permission, and some work is described by descriptor rather than by name under confidentiality agreements. Nothing here should be read as a claim about a client's business or products.

By sending a message you confirm the information in it is yours to share. Do not send confidential material through the form; if a project requires it, we will agree on how to exchange it first.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is engineering, legal, or regulatory advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of past work are not promises about future work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Realm 8 LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
